Note about vinyl records:

If you have specific cosmetic requirements, we strongly recommend purchasing vinyl in-store so you can inspect the item before buying.

Most records arrive pre-packaged and sealed from suppliers, which means we can’t check the exact color variant or contents before shipping.

Some records do not come with plastic shrink wrap due to the artist or record label’s environmental choice. When available, we may add a complimentary protective sleeve, but this is not guaranteed. If none are available, the item may be packed and shipped as is.

Minor color variations, light creases or scuffs on packaging, or missing or included stickers are not considered defects. Returns apply only if there is an issue with how the record plays.

Low-end portable record players (such as Crosley, Motorino, or Victrola) may cause skips or damage records. Any reported issue will be tested on our in-store turntable to confirm whether the issue is with the record itself.
