Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is accurate before placing your order, as the store cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping details. If you entered an incorrect city and request an amendment, any price difference in shipping (if applicable) must be settled prior to dispatch.
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on your location and the courier selected.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Pickup Policy and Pre-orders
Orders—except those containing pre-order items—are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days, except during peak months (October to January), when processing may take longer.
For customers selecting Store Pickup, a confirmation message will be sent to the mobile number provided in your order details, typically by the next business day. This confirmation must be presented when claiming your order at our store.
Pre-order items will ship once they become available. This may affect the overall delivery timeline of your order. Estimated release or arrival dates for pre-orders are posted on our social media pages.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship only when all items are available.
