Kindly note that we strictly do not offer same-day delivery or same-day pickup. Orders placed on the website within the day will be available for pickup the next business day, or once payment has been confirmed.

Please do NOT book a pickup unless you have received the SMS confirmation that your order is ready. If a rider arrives without this confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for any failed pickup attempts or fees.
- Order pickup is available from Monday to Sunday 10AM to 9PM.

You may book any delivery service you prefer, or you may personally pick up your order at our store. Please have your order number from the confirmation email ready.

If you’re unable to pick up your item on the same day you receive the SMS confirmation, you may do so the next day or anytime within our pickup schedule. Please note that we won’t be sending another notification.

Please note that the SMS confirmation will only be sent once. From the time you receive this notification, you will have 14 calendar days to complete your pickup. If the order is not picked up within this period, the 7-day return policy will automatically be forfeited.
