Do not book a pickup until you receive an SMS confirmation that your order is ready. We will not be liable to compensate your rider should they fail to pickup your order.
- Order pickup is available from Monday to Sunday 10AM to 9PM excluding holidays and terrible weather. Please note that our staff goes on lunch break from 12PM to 1PM, do not schedule between these times.
- You may arrange any delivery service you prefer.
- If you can't pickup the item on the same day that you receive an SMS confirmation, you may book the next day or anytime as long as it's within our pickup schedule.
- The customer shoulders the delivery fee.
