To help set your expectation, we define case dents in jewel case CDs as a dent of less than an inch up to those with 4″ in length. This can be a single or multiple dents. While for digipak and slipcase, this can be a seam split or crease in the cover spine or edges. The price has been significantly reduced; therefore, it is not subject to a return or replacement. Some CDs or cassettes don’t come with a plastic shrink wrap due to the environmental preference of the artist, their record label, or distributor. While we do our best to provide a complimentary protective sleeve once it arrives to us, this is not always the case and is subject to availability.
