You are ordering a product with cosmetic imperfection. The case dent products are still in pristine, mint, brand new condition and are not defective, therefore it is not eligible for return/refund policy once opened.
To help set your expectation, we define case dents in jewel case CDs as a dent of less than inch up to those with 4″ in length. This can be a single or multiple dents. While for digipak and slipcase, this can be a seam split or crease in the cover spine or edges.
If you’re in doubt, you can search the same product from our store without the case dent label and get a guaranteed pristine CD, or you may also buy a replacement case from us.
Any merchandise purchased from our site are shipped by a third party courier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation that shows the issue as well as the packaging on how you received the order.
