Orders are sent using the courier you choose upon checkout and the cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of purchases except for pickup, which will be shouldered by the customer.

Orders will be sent to the shipping address provided upon checkout. Please make sure the information you submit is 100% correct before placing an order as it is not our responsibility if you provide us with the incorrect address. If you provide an incorrect city and requests to amend, the price difference should be settled (if there’s any) before we re-ship your order.

Orders are typically shipped the next business day we receive the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Shipping / Order Pickup Policy

Orders, excluding those containing pre-ordered items, are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, except during peak season (October to January).

If you choose in-store pickup, a confirmation message will be sent to the mobile number you provided during your order, usually the next business day. You need to present it before claiming your order in our store.

Pre-ordered items will ship once they become available, impacting the overall delivery timeframe for your order. Specific delivery estimates for pre-orders are usually announced on our social media pages. For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that these will not ship until all items are available.
