We’re a store for music fans in the Philippines.

We offer you modern nostalgia through authentic, legit, genuine, officially licensed, music merchandise such as tshirt, hoodie, CD music, DVD movie, Blu-ray, Vinyl LP, autographed, and other limited edition releases from your favorite bands and artists!

We specialize in emo, punk, metal, pop, indie, 90’s and alternative genre in the products we import and offer the best titles from all across the globe!

How do I place an order?

Just add to cart any product you like and complete the checkout process.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we do! Our store is located on the 2nd Floor of Espacio Hotel, Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines.
If you’re driving, please note that while there is ample parking in the building, we do not have reserved parking spaces.

How long will it take to get my package?

For in-stock products, we ship orders the next business day after receiving your order. Typically, delivery takes up to 5 days after shipping.

For preorder items, they generally arrive within 3 weeks from the official release date, although delays may occur due to Philippine customs processing. We ship preorders the next business day after receiving the shipment but please note that high-demand items may require additional time. Delivery typically takes up to 5 days after shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but we recommend creating an account as it will make your future purchase faster as you won’t need to retype your billing and shipping information.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Our website is not currently set up for international shipping. Is this authentic, original, legit?

Yes, all of our merchandise are imported and sourced from the license holder / the artist’s official merchandise manufacturer in USA, UK, EU countries and Australia.

No counterfeit merchandise here, only the merchandise the artist intends for their fans to have!

Why are your products expensive?

Almost everything we sell is imported, usually from USA, UK, Australia and European countries.

When you purchase something from outside the country, you’re not only charged for the price of the product listed on their website, additional costs are incurred such as but not limited to: import/export tax, freight charges, and handling fees.

Products purchased abroad are usually made with better materials than what we have locally and comes with licensing fees that are paid directly to the copyright owners.

Additionally, operating a business is expensive! We have to pay rent, utilities, staff salary, taxes and other operating costs. The prices of our products are carefully adjusted to ensure that all expenses are accounted for.

Do you manufacture any of the items you sell?

No, we do not manufacture any of the items we sell. All of our merchandise are produced by the artist’s official merchandise manufacturer.

The item I want says it’s on Pre-order. What does this mean?

Pre-order is an item we sell that we don’t have a stock yet but will be at a future date.

Our suppliers normally follow the band/artist’s official shipping date but these are always subject to change. Additionally, as we import these products overseas, preorder items are always subject for delay due to local customs processing and as such, we are not able to guarantee any ship-date.

We fulfill orders on a first come first serve basis or by its order date and ordering late may mean not getting items during the first and advertised ETA.

If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, it will not be shipped until they are both ready.

All orders are final after release date and cancellation request will no longer be possible.

Where can I get the Payment Information?

For manual payments, we only provide it after you place an order to avoid spam and abuse from bad people.

Orders and Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us and we will be happy to help in cancelling your order if it has not already processed or shipped.

We are unable to cancel orders which are in the final stages of processing or which have already shipped. Please note that online order status is approximate and may not reflect recent shipment activity.

*All sales are final for SALE / CLEARANCE items.

What if an item is out of stock or the shipping address is incorrect?

If there is an issue with your order, such as an item is out of stock we will reach out to you via sms or email for additional information. However, if we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.

We only ship to the shipping address provided upon purchase. If it is incorrect and you did not reach out, we will not be responsible for the return and reshipping the item will incur a new shipping fee.

My merchandise I received is damaged. What do I do?

Please contact us to report on a defective or damaged item. Defective or damaged items may be refunded or exchanged and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

If the defective or damaged item is no longer available, we will fully refund the cost of the item excluding shipping fee.
