Note about CDs and Cassette Tapes:
Most CDs and Cassette Tapes are pre-packaged/sealed with plastic wraps from suppliers, which means we can’t check the specific color or contents inside before shipping.
Some CDs and Cassette Tapes also do not come with a plastic shrink wrap due to the environmental preference of the artist, their record label, or distributor. In these cases, while we try to add a complimentary protective sleeve, it’s not always guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Slight color variations, packaging imperfections (like scratches,creases or scuffs), or missing/included stickers, and mispositioning of album inserts are not considered defects. Our return policy only applies if there’s a problem with how the CD or Cassette Tape actually plays.
Low-end players, especially the portable styles, are known to have poor playability. Our return policy won’t apply until we test the product on our in-store music player. This ensures any skips or issues are truly caused by the product itself.

Any merchandise purchased from our site are shipped by a third party courier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation that shows the issue as well as the packaging on how you received the order.
