A. If you prefer to send your payment via Payment Centers, Bank Deposit or PayPal. You need to send your payment first.

B. If you prefer CASH ON DELIVERY (COD), proceed to STEP 3.

No, we don’t. Everything we have is posted in our ON HAND catalog.

- 4. How can I be sure that this isn’t a scam?
We’ve sold over 1000 band merch and other products since 2012. It will be against our reputation to cause trouble for our customers. You can read what our previous customers have to say about us here: https://www.facebook.com/thetedellis/reviews/
- 5. Do you offer return or refund?
You have 7 days to return or refund an item you have purchased. Please make sure to use a proper box, protective bag or padding paper to wrap the stuff that is supposed to be returned to us.

Please pay attention to the following:
- The item must be unworn and still in brand new condition with tags intact.
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs or Vinyls can not be exchanged.
- The return shipping will be shouldered by customer
Your refund will be done within a maximum timeframe of 5 working days after we receive the item you returned.
All refunds are processed via Paymaya and Gcash only. Other options can be possible but you will shoulder the processing fees.
Please note: You will be refunded for the amount originally paid (excluding your original shipping costs).

- 1. How long do I receive my order?
It depends on your choice of courier and delivery address.
For Ninjavan within Metro Manila, it may take up to 5 days.
For Ninjavan outside Metro Manila, it may take up to 8 days.
For LBC within Metro Manila, it may take up to 2 days.
For LBC outside Metro Manila, it may take up to 3 days.

We ship orders via Ninjavan, LBC EXPRESS, Grab Express/Lalamove or Meetup.
You can choose how you’d like to get your item when you fill up the order form.

- 2. Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We offer COD via LBC.
We also offer COD via Ninjavan, 2GO, XPOST, and LEX for orders through Shopee and Lazada.
Please note that we do not offer COD for preorders and special orders.
- 3. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes. We can process credit card payments via PayPal.
- 1. What is ON HAND Catalog?
These are the merchandise that we have in stock at our warehouse. We don’t reserve. First one to pay gets the item!
- 2. The item i’m watching is missing.
Most likely this item is sold out. Items that are no longer available are automatically removed from our catalog.
- 3. Why are your products expensive?
Almost everything we sell is imported, usually from the USA, Australia and European countries. Products purchased abroad are made using the highest quality of materials and comes with licensing fees that are paid directly to the copyright owners.
Aside from that, when you purchase something from outside the country, you’re not only charged for the price of the product listed on their website, a lot of fees comes up such as but not limited to: import/export tax, freight charges, and handling fees so we have to adjust the price of each product to make sure that all expenses are covered.
- 4. Do you have a physical store?
Our business only operates online. We don’t have a physical store. We do have a warehouse in Taguig City but it’s not open for public.
- 5. What size chart can I use for reference?
Normally, the bands use different brands of shirts for every merch they release so not all shirts have the same fit.
We recommend the USA Gildan size chart as this is the most common brand of blank shirt used for band merch
- 6. What is Ted Ellis?
We are an online store specializing in original band merchandise and skate shoes in the Philippines. All merchandise we sell are directly purchased from the artist’s official store, record labels, licensed distributors, and/or the artists themselves. While all the skate shoes are purchased from skate shops in the USA and UK.
- 7. What is a PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order means you’re buying a product that is not yet available in our warehouse. We wanted to offer the latest merch on demand so we conduct group purchase of limited editions and exclusive merchandise from time to time.
Since we order everything by bulk, there will be a cutoff date in ordering from a particular brand or band merch store. We announce these in our social media pages.
